How can I qualify as a patient at Volunteers in Medicine?
Volunteers in Medicine provides quality medical and dental care to uninsured residents of Comal County and New Braunfels, Texas with an annual income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.  If you are seeking medical care for yourself or a loved one, please contact our office at (830).632.5131 to find out more and to set up an eligibility screening appointment.

How can I volunteer to work for Volunteers in Medicine?

Do I need medical experience to volunteer?
No, you do not need medical experience to volunteer with us. We need volunteers who are good communicators and love working with people. Additionally, it would be extremely beneficial if you are bilingual.
